The property is very private with lots of trees and birds, it is about 10 min off of hwy 11 and up a long driveway. There is a shared laundry room on the property and there is no charge to use the machines. The internet connection can be slow, it is a satellite connection and although it is unlimited data, after 100 GB it slows behind other traffic. (This is the best connection available to me) If you need high speed unlimited data, this is probably not the place for you.
